Berkshire County Bar Advocates, Inc. (BCBA) is a non-profit organization that administers criminal defense services for indigent clients accused of crimes in Berkshire County. BCBA manages a panel of nearly 30 private attorneys who handle 90% of these cases.
BCBA administers this program for the Committee for Public Counsel Services, the state agency that oversees indigent criminal defense in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
